Our Managing Partner Giorgi Tsertsvadze responds to the Accusations of iPlus

19.10.2016

During the last few days the society is watching the irresponsible campaign launched by Mamuka Margishvili, the founder of “Iplus” LLC, which went beyond all rational limits and turned into personal accusations.

Law firm J&TConsultingisprotecting the interests of "iTechnic"LLCin the court and in the Competition Agency against "Iplus" LLC.

"Iplus" has already lost the dispute with "iTechnic" in “Sakpatenti”. The inspection has begun in the Competition Agency and the company's assets are sequestered by the court ruling. According to the public sources and the "Iplus" statements itself, it seems that the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance has started investigation.

All of the abovementioned is the logical outcome of the illegal actions that is being conducted by the "Iplus" LLC continuously for years, against "iTechnic", and also against the consumers. The society should remember facts about "advertisement" of APPLE Inc. products by using simulations of terrorist organization and “blessed iphones”.

Mr. Margishvili says that "iTechnic" LLC is a family business of the chairman of the Court of Appeals Mr. Valeri Tsertsvadze, and I am his cousin and attachment of their assets is due to it.

To refer on the relative connection between me and the chairman of the Court of Appeals Valerian Tsertsvadze is well planned provocation, as it is fairly easy to check and to verify that Mr. Valerian Tsertsvadze and me have never had any connections, nor relative or personal, except for the same surname.

Stating that the employees of the competition agency were trained by me and that’s why they were biased in favor of me is a plain lie and intentional discrediting and insult to the agency. I believe that the employees of the competition agency have appropriate knowledge, experience and competence to research and state facts independently without further training from me, despite the identities of the parties. I have conducted many trainings through my professional life on multiple topics but I have never held one regarding the competition law, especially to the employees of the Competition Agency.

I want to draw your attention to the statements made by Mr. Marghishvili, that he cannot work in the environment like this and he will be forced to “leave the company”. It is unclear what does he mean specifically, because the Law does not set the procedure for founding partner to leave the company. One thing that is clear is, that with the distraction that is made bymeans of media, Mr. Marghishvili tries to avoid responsibilities, though it is guaranteed that he will be accountable for his illegal, fault and irresponsible actions. Mr. Mamuka cannot escape his responsibilities by just “leaving the company” as easily as he states.
