Junior lawyer of the law firm “J&T Consulting”, Rusudan Gochitashvili, on behalf of the Free University of Tbilisi, took part in the Council of Europe international moot court on social rights (Moot Court on the European Social Charter), which was held in the city of Lyon, France. The Council of Europe moot court is bilingual and is conducted in English and French.
This year, Georgia participated in this international moot court for the first time.
In addition, it was the only non-EU member state whose team participated in the competition.
