"Pecha Kucha" The Long Night of Ideas in Berlin

On June 6, 2019,  The presentation of so called Pecha Kucha, organized by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AVH), German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Center of East European and International Studies (ZOIS), was held in Berlin, among the presenters was the managing partner of  J&T Consulting, Giorgi Tsertsvadze.

Pecha Kucha is an innovative method of academic presentation that was originally created in Japan. Nowadays, the experience of the International Network of Pecha Kucha is actively used by German academic institutions.

The main goal of the event was to introduce the researches of scientists from Eastern European countries to the wide audience with this new method of presentation, which is less well known in this region (including Georgia).

The agreement was reached, which implies that the abovementioned method of academic presentation will be actively implemented in Georgia.

Within the Alexander von Humboldt Scholarship, Giorgi Tsertsvadze has been in Germany since June and has been working on Georgian textbook on Competition Law. His presentation referred to the harmonization of Georgian competition law sector with the European regulations.
