The HICD Center of Excellence has developed a series of video lectures on the company's legal status, led by the partner of our Law Firm and HICD project expert, Dr. Simon Takashvili.
These video lectures are a useful resource for developing the Company's Legal Action Plan and preparing other internal legal documents and considering such critical legal issues as a general analysis of the legal measures to be taken by the company in case of management change, legal basis/sources of decisions made by the company's activities and management, etc.
